How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £4.95 and there is free delivery across the site on orders over £40
How long will my delivery take?
Orders containing personalised items will be dispatched within 5 workings days for tracked delivery. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, these will be dispatched together within the 5 working days.
Orders not containing any personalised items will be dispatched the next working day on a tracked delivery service.
Note that orders of Magazines, Product Guides and Essentials Guides may be delivered separately and are usually dispatched same day if ordered before 12noon.
Please note during peak times such as new product releases and seasonal rushes, we kindly ask for your understanding as it may take approximately 3-5 working days to process and dispatch your order. We appreciate your patience.
How do I return an item?
Unfortunately, personalised goods that are incorrect as a result of the customer's input error are unable to be refunded. Non-personalised goods may be returned within 30 days from receipt and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding outgoing and return postage costs, providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until we have received them.
In the event that the goods are not in a re-saleable condition, Tropic Market reserve the right not to provide a refund.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If at the point of cancellation:
If your non personalised order has not been dispatched: your order will be cancelled and a confirmation email will be sent.
If your order has been dispatched: your order will be delivered according to the delivery information provided. Once you receive your goods, please contact with your order number and reason for return. Once goods have been received, we will confirm receipt and cancellation.

We use either DPD or a Royal Mail tracked service for all of our deliveries.
Which service we use will depend on the quantity and product ordered.
